Passionate, creative, and stylish, Ailene has worked professionally as a hairstylist for nearly 20 years. After completing cosmetology school in Palm Springs, California, Ailene developed her skills and started her career working in sunny Joshua Tree area, followed by El Paso, Texas. Ailene moved back to California and found her new home at Thairapy Salon located in the world-famous El Paseo Shopping District in Palm Desert, California. She mastered everything from family cuts to festival styles and is a celebrated colorist. After four years of working at Thairapy Ailene proudly became the owner in March 2020
